Our POP3 Email Pack provides full-featured email accounts on our mail server, allowing you to send and receive email using custom domain email addresses of your choosing.
With a POP3 mailbox, you can configure your account in any email client (such as Thunderbird or Outlook) to download and send emails. Alternatively, you can access your email from anywhere in the world through Webmail.
Webmail access works similarly to services like Yahoo or Hotmail. You can log in by visiting webmailaccess.yourdomain.com in any browser. Separate logins can be created for different email accounts, making it easy to provide access to friends, family, partners, or clients.

Gmail users can configure "Check mail from other accounts" under Gmail's advanced settings, which routinely fetches emails and places them in either the inbox or a specified label folder. Additionally, Gmail allows you to "send mail as" your custom domain email address using the included SMTP login.

Avoid Email Forwarding Issues with ISPs
This is a great solution for common issues where traditional email forwarding can lead to missing emails, especially with ISPs like Comcast, Yahoo, AOL, Gmail, and Outlook.com, which frequently reject forwarded emails. This happens because forwarding servers inevitably pass along both legitimate emails and spam, causing the forwarding server to appear suspicious and get flagged as a potential spam source.
By using our optimized mail routing and SRS (Sender Rewriting Scheme), emails are correctly authenticated and maintain their deliverability, significantly reducing the chances of rejection or landing in spam folders. In the rare chance legitimate email's are flagged by our server as spam, utilizing our "Mail Tracker" tool you can instantly see why the server may have rejected that email wether it was sent a few minutes ago or within the last few days.
